Guidelines for usage

Finnair has primary and secondary accent colours. The secondary accent colour palette is only to be used by professionals for selected marketing and product communication.

Principles of using the colours

Use accent colours carefully and thoughtfully in highlights only. Accent colours can be used in graphic elements and surfaces such as text boxes. They emphasize and create variation.

Use only one accent colour at a time to highlight.

The graph illustrates the proportion of colour relation to all other brand colours. Amount of colour depends on the media – it’s desirable to increase the percentage of accent colour in web and mobile executions as the size of the execution gets smaller.
